PharmAdey Pharmacy – Return & Refund Policy

At PharmAdey Pharmacy, the safety of our customers and the integrity of our medicines are our highest priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, our return policy is strict and designed to ensure product safety and quality.

1.⁠ ⁠Return Window  
Customers may request a return within 24 hours of delivery for eligible products. Requests made after this period may not be accepted except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility Criteria  
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

•⁠  ⁠The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.  
•⁠  ⁠The original packaging, labels, and safety seals must be intact.  
•⁠  ⁠The item must have been purchased directly from PharmAdey Pharmacy.  
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items  
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged or incorrectly supplied:

•⁠  ⁠Opened medicines or pharmaceutical products  
•⁠  ⁠Prescription medications  
•⁠  ⁠Cold chain products (items that require refrigeration or temperature-controlled storage)  
•⁠  ⁠Perishable healthcare products  
•⁠  ⁠Personal care or hygiene products once opened  
•⁠  ⁠Products with broken or tampered safety seals  

Cold chain products cannot be returned once they leave our pharmacy due to the inability to verify proper temperature handling after delivery.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Process  
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.  
2.⁠ ⁠Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.  
3.⁠ ⁠Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.  
4.⁠ ⁠Securely package the product in its original packaging.  
5.⁠ ⁠Include your order number or return reference in the package.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval from our support team.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund or Exchange Options  
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we may offer one of the following options:

•⁠  ⁠Full refund issued to the original payment method  
•⁠  ⁠Store credit that can be used for future purchases at PharmAdey Pharmacy  
•⁠  ⁠Exchange with the same product if available

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved and received.

6.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Costs

•⁠  ⁠If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  
•⁠  ⁠If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, PharmAdey Pharmacy will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a replacement.

7.⁠ ⁠Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can quickly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
